Veo 3 is Google DeepMind’s most advanced video model to date. It generates high-fidelity, dynamic video with synchronized motion, voice, and sound design. The model was introduced during the Google I/O 2025 keynote, alongside a generative film that marked a new chapter in AI-powered storytelling.

I was one of the key Creative Directors involved in shaping the public launch. Working with DeepMind’s product and comms teams, I contributed to the visual direction and creative assets that introduced Veo 3 to the world. From tone to framing, we focused on positioning Veo 3 as a cinematic tool, not just a technical achievement.

I also served as Co-Creative Director on the first film made entirely with Veo 3, which opened the keynote. I developed the concept and led the art direction, partnering with the Google I/O team and Greenfield Studio. The goal was to create a short, emotional piece that showcased Veo 3's storytelling potential, real voice, grounded emotion, and a sense of presence that goes beyond the screen.

This work helped position Veo 3 as a creative instrument for artists, filmmakers, and cultural visionaries.
